 NAGA grappling tournament will be Saturday February 11, 2012 at Charles Drew High School in Riverdale, Georgia.

Kids Kenpo Karate tests will be in March.

 Kids BJJ class: Saturday Mornings 9:30 - 10:00 BJJ Concepts (5-8) and 10:00-11:00 am Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (9-15).

 Norman Bignall was born in Portland, Jamaica. He grew up in Syracuse, New York and studied for a brief time Shotokan Karate in New York. He moved to South Florida in 1988 where he studied Atemi Ryu Karate, Kung Fu, Tracy's Kenpo, American Kenpo Karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

 Norman moved to Georgia in 2006 and began to teach Kenpo Karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Instructor Norman has been studying Kenpo Karate for 15 years, he is a 2nd Degree Black Belt (Associate Instructor) in Kenpo Karate under  Munis Nuwar 5th Degree Black Belt (Associate Professor) Margate, Florida. Instructor Norman has been studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2003 under Edson Diniz 3rd Degree Black Belt American Top Team in Pompano Beach Florida. He currently holds a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

He has a bachelor's degree in Political Science and was a youth leader and a bible study leader for 3 years in Florida.

He has worked with A.D.D. (Attention Deficit Disorder) children as a reading mentor, also worked as a private tutor for non English speaking people, he has been very active in every community he is a part of. His goal is to always improve the lives of people he is mentoring.

He is also CPR certified.

He is married to Rilma Bignall and is a father of 2 children.
